Primal Breathing

I'd like to share something that I practice daily. It has required as much attention and practice as learning to walk.

Proper Breathing.

When we are born and through our infancy we can scream and yell all day and night. Then the next day do it again and the following day so on.. How? Why don't babies loss their voice? Simple. they are creating sound the right way.

I have trained with a world renowned Operatic Tenor, whose teacher was taught by a man who was taught by none other than Rossini. Who developed Bel Canto. Bel Canto taught the opera singers how to properly use their voice to have an extended and healthy career.

I mention this because in order to sing with great ability, you must be a master of breathing.

How does this relate to my lifestyle?

Easy, Proper breathing controls your state of mind. Ever have a difficult time with anxiety? Light headedness that clogs your mind while trying to adjust to nature? Lack of purpose? Fear? Etc.. Most assured your breathing was off.

So how do I breathe properly.

Every breath is taken with purpose. This is easy for me to say today but was hard at one point in my life. I guarantee you start to breath like your caveman ancestor, life will change.

You must breathe from your Scrotum!

Singers say breathe from your diaphragm, bad advice.
Looking at the statue of David you can see his alpha pose, this is our natural way of being. Breathing properly brings out the ancient caveman. Primitive beast that we are.

Ideal breaths are taken from deep down the torso, from the end of your balls, and ur anus. You should feel an expansion from within the body as if a ballon where inflating from the inside. Most people breathe in the chest by where the lungs are. Lungs take up a lot of room. Once I started breathing from deep down my torso I noticed the difference. The first one was, singing was now natural and fluid. Idk if any of you like singing, but if a note ever cost you effort to get it out, take a step back and relax..you are pushing way to hard.

Then as time went by and I controlled my thoughts more, which is also an effect of proper breathing, I realized I had another heart beat.

Fact. We have two heart beats in our body. The one of our heart (the muscle) and the one from our Gut.

The gut's heart beat is the purpose of proper breathing. Once you breathe properly you will notice this. What is the benefit of this?
You now control your emotions. I've seen post here that mention meditation, breathing excersizes w,e. They help but ultimately if you do not know how to meditate or why you are breathing in for 4 secs hold for 4 then out for 6 and nothing for 2, they are useless.

Control of my emotions is a super power. Walking around as a man who is aware of the scene that surrounds me I can tell you, we have an advantage. Women every where see the same weak will no power men today, what is there reaction when they see a rockstar? They stare as if this is their purpose, to know him.

I implore you, if you have a question, doubt, feeling blue, need to sing better, build endurance, Etc..
