Well, first of all you should be good enough at your job that you have the 30 seconds it takes to get a girl's number. If you are, you're already way ahead of the game. The only barbacks that make good money and eventually work up to bartending (that aren't a girl and giving away their pussy to move up) are the ones that become so good at barbacking that their bartenders love them because they help them make money. These barbacks get recommended to get put on slow shifts or to cover for bartenders that call in sick or whatnot. Otherwise:

1. Be a good barback, good enough that the bartenders let you pour waters/sodas. When girls need waters/sodas get them for them and maybe say something funny/flirtatious and then go right back into serious work mode and pull away. This is what good barbacks (and eventually bartenders) do. You are there for your money, you have tons of options, you don't need to stay and chase a girl when there's a new one showing up behind her for the next drink order.

2. Get these girl's numbers or better yet, let them know when you're off and have them come by. Then game them post-shift. They don't care that you're sweaty. Go to other bars with your work-shirt on whether you're with girls or not. The staff will ask if you work at your bar and you can let them know that yeah, you do. If they come to your bar, hook them up as much as you are allowed/can get away with. They will do the same to you. Now you have hookups (at least getting served with priority) many other local places. Bounce girls around.

3. If you have their number or you don't close them that or the next night, invite them to go with you to the bar. Roll with other staff or with other girls/cool dudes and drink at your bar. If you can get them hooked up, do it low key and not a lot. If you're the only one getting hooked up, enjoy it, let them see it.

4. If you get here and the girl isn't already into you/banging you, what the fuck more do you need than the social proof of being a successful staff member of a bar? This should be enough to get just about anyone laid that has even a modicum of game.

5. Become a bartender. Turn down girls left and right on busy days. Bang the waitresses, enjoy.
