PhD was indeed kind of dead when we walked in around 10:15... some people started trickling in 11:00-11:30, but still wasn't that hopping, so I bounced her over to Catch.
No line at Catch, but the upstairs (4th floor) lounge wasn't open yet--understandably, it was still relatively early--so we grabbed a drink at the restaurant bar. I got impatient and then brought her back to PhD after we finished a round.
It was legit at PhD by then. There were some tall, model-esque girls, and some cute shorties as well.
I had one of the worst days of my career today--like, potentially career-altering. It was not caused by the hangover/malaise from last night, but my ability to damage control was certain mitigated from it.
Oh well, YOLO.
