Milkshake recipes

Morning breakfast shake --
5 or 6 ice cubes
3/4 cup of milk
2 scoops chocolate muscle milk (32g protein)
one scoop of old fashioned oats
handful of almonds
heaping spoonful of peanut butter
banana

occasionally a touch of honey or a raw egg...adjust amounts until you reach desired consistency
