Picking a city in America/Canada for my next job?

The University of Colorado in Boulder and the to true to life "PCU" (1994) comedy about a university in New England (Connecticut, if my memory serves, but really filmed at the University of Toronto), STILL lives. Political Correctness, and a corresponding cult of victimology, is all the Left is about anymore. In Boulder, it still lives:

London Telegraph HEADLINE: 'Offensive' Halloween costumes banned by US university University of Colorado Boulder tells students to avoid costumes including cowboys, indians, white trash or anything potentially deemed offensive
Quote:Quote:

University students in America have been told not to wear "offensive" halloween costumes including cowboys, indians and anything involving a sombrero.

Students at the University of Colorado Boulder have also been told to avoid "white trash" costumes and anything that portrays a particular culture as "over-sexualised" - which the university says includes dressing up as a geisha or a "squaw" (indigenous woman).

They are also asked not to host parties with offensive themes including those with “ghetto” or "hillbilly" themes or those associated with "crime or sex work."

The Thought Police are everywhere on university campuses. Federally subsidized New Class of admiinistrators have nothing better to do to justify their existence.

Thus, Boulder is the very kind of place that Roosh lives to demonize, because of the Femi-nazi double standards that spoil and infantalize the women - and demonize men as men because they merely have a penis (a potential assualt weapon, natch).

Do 30-somethings have it better in Boulder? Maybe. The 2006 romantic dramedy "Catch and Release" captures the fun, idiocy, and lifestyle of extended adolescence in an outdoors obsessed town, filled with "10 year plan" students and trust-fund babies and the envious middle class. Does being a "causehead" devoted to alternaive energy delusions and recycling substitute?

This Jeniffer Garner, Tim Olyphant and Kevin Smith film was filmed in Boulder (save for the fishing scenes, all shot in BC, Canada).
