LA Cafe is not called LA Cafe anymore.
It was when I was here in Philippines 6 months ago but, while I was away, they closed the place down for 2 or 3 months for the obvious reason (not paying the correct bribes to the correct people).
The re-opened under a new name. Its now called Manila Bay. Apart from the signage it is exactly the same in every way shape and form. Even their wifi spot is still called LA Cafe, they did not bother to change it lol.
It terms of looks, you will find every kind of girl there from a 4 to a 9.
