A couple of the spots near me have 'No MSG' written on the front of their menus. Not sure how true that is. Chinese food is one of my only terrible food weaknesses. Check out the ingredients on the Asian style sauces when you're in the (regular) grocery store...shit is pure sugar and salt.

Check out the Asian ramen noodles. They come in a bowl with a spice packet. 300% of the USRDA of sodium!!
