Feminists don't like her because she has made negative comments about feminism, didn't take maternity leave and has made decisions based on equality rather than giving women perks that men don't get.
Someone said she has never coded and is under qualified for her job. She has a master's in computer science from Stanford so she has coded, she has worked mostly with men, she has distanced herself from feminists and people in the industry know she was put in charge of some of Google's most important projects.
Women get an advantage in the tech industry because there are so few of them. Of course feminists say they are discriminated against but we know that is bullshit. I can't say that Mayer hasn't had advantages but I'm not going to hate on anyone who criticizes feminism and appears to be very qualified for their job.
