the Thing in regards to wellbutrin: not great, better than nothing. And I mean that, it is useful, and the most useful thing I can take. Recovering drug addict I can't fuck with adderall etc I end up binging on porn dialing call girls, hitting up the xanax man etc.
Like I said my main solution to my ADHD issues is not doing things I can't do without drugs (such as sit at a desk for 8 hours.)
At home when I'm restless/thoughts racing I have a gym at my apartment complex that is very useful, if I can't sit still I hit the treadmill or eliptical for 30-60 minutes and I'm more relaxed after (also lift 3 days a week but that should go without saying, if you are worried about T and not doing that get on it.)
I still struggle with ADHD almost daily but it is manageable with all this.
