Perhaps, but I still have the fragmented thought process when my testosterone is lower and my energy levels are low. Perhaps its damage from the meds when younger. At the time they didn't have alternate styles of teaching, like on a bouncy ball or letting students stand. Mediation helps, but it hard to sit still longer than a few minutes. A good medition is half an hour!
