Fair enough - bald guys get a rawer deal than fat people, 'which is manageable' - ie baldness is our of your control. Not saying I agree with this, but that's the way it is. It's 'mean' to call someone fat according to society. But not bald - accept this.
Sure, I'd take my hair back in a heartbeat. I'd take a longer dick and whiter teeth in a heartbeat too.
Medication, surgery - the control of it lies with the tablets, doctor etc. It sounds like you took hair loss pretty bad and are hung up on it. If you think the hair transplant was worth it, then good for you. You invested in yourself, which is never a waste of money.
