I still drink like a fish, but my body can't handle it, even running lean with coconut h2o, vitamins, cold showers and any other hangover cheat. Back in the good old day I could get up after an hour sleep and run 5-8 miles still drunk. They used to put us in the back of the formation b/c we stunk so bad. Now I'd die.
The biggest thing though now though is the mental fog. It takes me a couple days to get over it. I can push through the physical part with a healthy regiment, but the brain takes time.
Probably time to slow down.
