I'm pretty sure I've been in the candida realm for quite a long time, thing is, it doesn't really bother me except for loose stools (use psyllium). I'm not sure what will kill it since I love to eat cheese and drink occasionally, or the carbs in modern life are a big supporter of it. I don't really get bloating, but sometimes fart.
You ever have it then knock it out?
