I don't think the video was saying men don't want to be men. It was focused more on how men are not capable of bonding with one another in the modern world because they are always on the threat of seemly being "feminine" or that bonding is not a natural thing men do.
When things pissed me off as a kid, I wanted to talk to my dad (but my mother would not let me, a story too common these days). My mother could not, and is not capable of helping me because she sees any level of aggression as toxic. The problem is, a vast majority of young men today do not have fathers available, or even given the chance to connect with them, so they are taught that those natural feelings they are expressing are something shameful.
I can't fathom what road the Western world will be on, if in 100 years, 50% of the population can't deal with their emotional issues and is not capable of understanding how to bond with one another.
