Depends on what you're looking for.

• East/West Coast women are more open that southern women.
• Places where there are more women than men.
• NYC, Miami, SF. It's just the law of big numbers. Throw stuff at the wall and something will stick.
• Caucasian women are the ones most open to it.
• For Latinas head to Texas, Asians to Cali and Blacks to the south (NoLa?).
• Whole Foods, Jazz Clubs, Museums. Any place that is too expensive for students or girls in their 20s.
