Probably more rappers...They have the name recognition to create headlines but they aren't too difficult to prosecute and investigate. These guys love to floss but you can't be all up in instagram posting pictures with cars and shit then at the end of year you don't file or claim you had no income. The same Social Media sites that the groupies have access to, so do IRS Special Agent. Is not particularly hard to go on twitter, keep track how many shows you performed, subpoena the club that you performed at how much they paid you and compare all that to your taxes.
