Holy shit.
I had mine two years ago. Didn't have a date, didn't dance or make a move with one girl. Talked to my dude friends most of the night and went home early.
Tonight, I worked as a server for a high school graduation dance.
Now that I understand more of the game and how it all works, I can notice things I hadn't before.
After dinner was served and the DJ started with the music, all the girls stood up and went to the dance floor.
Some of the guys followed.
Few couples were dancing, but mostly it was just groups of 6,7,8 girls just dancing amongst themselves.
Most dudes kept sitting down, while all the girls were on the dance floor. Other dudes stood in a group amongst themselves and just talked while watching the girls dance.
As time went on, people started leaving. Astonishingly, the people leaving were mostly guys.
The last hour of the 2.5 hour dance consisted of 80-90% girls dancing amongst themselves. The dudes that were there were all sitting down or just standing around.
I counted at one point near the end, about 30 girls on the dance floor. Maybe two of them were with a guy. Maybe 5-10 other guys were still there, but away from the dance floor.
This had to be the most skewed ratio of any dance floor I have ever seen. And these girls were thirsty for pure male attention. Besides a specific past scenario, I have never been more checked out in my entire life. At one point a girl approached me and told me to come and dance with her and her friends.
I also feel I should note the presence of alcohol was inexistant really. If kids were buzzed when they got in, they don't have access to drinks during the event and the dinner would have killed it off.
Has it always been this way, or are guys just becoming more and more beta?
I was indefinitely one of these guys back in my days, but with the knowledge I have now in tonight scenario if I was part of the class I feel I could have gotten at least 90% of the girls that didn't already have a date (which was clearly most of them).
