Meditation:

tl;dr
take a nap before meditation


Start with a little workout: I do some shadow boxing to the vid of rocky vs. drago (I use a standing desk and earplugs so it´s loud enough)

Take a nap for 10 minutes. Get up do a little work out to feel fresh.

Now sit very comfortably and close your eyes for 10 minutes (or more). If it´s easier for you, you can count your breath or just count only.

Get up do a little work out so you feel fresh.

My theory is that it is always difficult to meditate when you feel tired. So having a nap helps to not feel tired.

The micro workout sessions program your mind and body to feel energized and make you ready for the next workout after the nap/meditation.
