This chick is every. damn. place. in DC these days. You see her walking around with a crowd of orbiters in Farragut. Or in the Whole Foods on P. On top of the W and at any given hotel social event.
I see her way more often than I see anyone actually important in DC. Twice in the last month alone. She's easy to pick out because there's almost always 2-3 guys trying to game her.
