Start big then go smaller. Start with a 1-10 level and depending on what your results are then you will start getting a better field of what is really affecting flaking the most.
This doesn't mean that flaking will stop, but it can be decrease a bit more.
Also we need to specify who is setting up dates by text and who is by phone.
Texters are going to get flaked on at an extremely high rate.
