Do Russian women differ (a lot) from western european chicks in terms of gaming them?

Are they ok with cocky/funny lines?
Can you neg them? Or do they expect you to compliment them a lot.
Is buying drinks seen as an act of "class" ?
Can you hold a slightly arrogant/overly confident frame?
