My small contribution: a few years ago in a trip through Romania I travelled to Costinesti . This was probably the shitiest place I've ever been to in terms of beach holidays. Bad infrastructures, uninspired food, girls that were completely not framed to meeting international ppl (most could not speak in English), ppl wearing clothes as if they were living 20 years ago.
This was in Costinesti. I am not pretending that other places such as Constanta or Mamaia (I could not make it there) are the same shit, just warning you that Costinesti should probably remain the same. And having this in mind, i became rahter skeptical about the quality of the remaining Romanian Eastern coast.
But I am eager to know some updated feedback from you guys.
