With that proposition, she can claim lack of interest in the activity or poor logistics with the area. She can also reply maybe, subject to confirming she's free that night.
If you hit her at first with a "so, wanna do something sometime?", the only response left to her is "umm..not really" and it's hard to phrase that tactfully.
