Relocating to Shenzhen, need advice on living there!

Hi everyone!
I decided to relocate to Shenzhen, and look for the job there.
Thus, I have many questions regarding the subject, and I believe the experts here can answer them. Once I make it (decided already, ticket booked for 26 th of April) I will post the report of the city.
First, I'm going to need the suit.
I'm not necessarily looking for a top notch bespoke suit, I want the one from the rake personalized. And the price I can pay is around 200 USD (even if it only last for few months, once I get back on my feet financially, I can spend double or triple that, now I simply can't, but need a suit for a job asap). My small research indicated to go to Burlington Arcade Nathan Rd. Any inputs where to look for it?
Which districts should I consider living in? I'm a single guy, thus no need for schools, expat community for the wife, etc. I want to be centrally located (some bars/clubs/cheap but good restaurants and supermarkets with western food in walking distance).. Still no idea where the office will be though.
I'm looking for a fully furnished studio, for now my budget is around 300 USD/month or 400 with expenses (that's maximum I can't cross at the moment). Where to look for the apartment (websites?).
ps. I've worked as real estate agent for expats for few years, so got it together, just need info on where to look for in a new city. I read that I Futian is quite well connected, so is Nanshan.. ? What is typical deposit for the apartment (one/two months)? Are the owner willing to sign the contract for indefinite period with one month notice?
How much should I calculate per month for living cost?
Also, does anyone know if Pokerstars is blocked in China? I heard that many websites (incl. facebook) are, so I prefer to know in advance.
I found some websites where to look for the job, ie.
http://jobs.echinacities.com
http://www.shenzhenparty.com/jobs
But maybe there is more (I don't speak chinese, so need those in english).
My focus is to get the job where I will communicate with clients in english/spanish/portuguese, be it import export, shipping, or other service industries. The last thing I want to do is teach english, so would treat that one as a last resort if everything else fails.
If you have more tips on moving to China, please share them!
Artur
