A secret, a portuguese trait we all share is a certain pessimism... so you can see the opinions from Portuguese guys here , myself included, aren't really positive. But what is more off-putting is the ATTITUDE and not the looks itself, but in my personal case, the attitude has led me to have a certain "disgust" for the looks, before I thought this was normal, but as I started to travel more, I opened my eyes.
