We certainly wouldn't want this poor woman to deal with the consequences of her actions. I mean, she was obviously coerced into this marriage. There was no way for her to say no. There was no way for her to decide not to get married if she didn't like the terms. There was no way for her to say, "Well if you're really doing this prenup this late in the game, we're postponing the wedding until I can decide on it."
