I always rag on Peruvian chics... but to be honest. They are "okay". There are hotties but they are not all over the place like E. Europe, Argentina, etc.. You have to search a bit. ALso they do a really poor job of presenting themselves. Really simple plain clothing that does not accentuation the attributes. I'm talking about on the street fashion. In the clubs, they do slightly better job with the wardrobe.
