That's like drawing up a contract with your landlord saying you can smoke pot in the house. The landlord could sign off on your right to do it, but the state won't legally recognize it because it violates state law -- just as such a contract would violate state laws for child support and visitation.

Guess who got stuck with a bill for child-support!? The gay man! MAN GETS SCREWED! That's the basics of the corrupt Family Court system. It's about collecting money, it's not about best interests of the child.
