Without the reinforcement of online attention-whoring--and with the exigencies of getting a man the old way--the already okay-looking girls would quickly have to correct their behavior.
Moreover, dudes would act differently with the abundance, furthering the correction cycle. Dudes wouldn't fawn over the one hottie on facebook, since they're surrounded on all sides with candidates, who suddenly can't afford to play so hard to get. Chicks won't get as many offers--since they're more evenly distributed among all the girls. Chicks' decadent attitudes--the product of massive sausage abundance--would quickly become a liability.
Chicks' skin would improve because all of the junk food and Starbucks milkshakes that made it bad in the first place are unavailable or prohibitively expensive under the food rations.
The newly emboldened men would start to demand better behavior from their chicks, including getting off the fucking phone, and an overall improvement in their attitude. You want to be flakey? Fuck you, I'll move on to Zoe, who returns my texts in under 20 minutes. Since they can be easily replaced by the next hottie, chicks will quickly start to fall in line.
When we think about it, the current state affairs is only supported because of the massive abundance of resources we have in the West. If only a small scarcity were to befall us, we'd quickly see sequence of events that would result in a drastic improvement in girl quality.
