I met more than one finnish girl who firmly stated not wanting kids because don't like them. The same can easily happen in the rest of Scandinavia. It's easy to understand why: in those countries, due to the coldness of climate and of the people, it's common that human beings, when in their childhood, don't receive the necessary affection to develop a loving feeling for everything concerning family, kids ecc. Hence I'm sure in those places (supposing you wanna go there) you can find the woman you look for. Personally I'd suggest Finland, because there women in their 30's are better phisically mantained than in the rest of Scandinavia.
