I improved my mobility after seeing this guy's (doctor of physical therapy) blog: http://mobilitywod.com
After improving my mobility my workout times got much, much quicker without any change in my training, my strength numbers also increased at a much greater rate than they had before I paid attention to mobilization. It changed my perspective on fitness, being strong is useless unless you can be strong while moving through a full range of motion.
