I have come to the conclusion that it's different for everybody, but there's a general consensus. What will kill your gains (cardio wise) is jogging. After two months of jogging I found that my pulling strength overall went completely to shit. I also did not lose any bodyfat.
This is also consistent with my performance in the gym during rugby season. Nearly all of my numbers go down, particularly in the squat and deadlift. I don't think this can be purely attributed to missing workouts either, whenever I just take a break from weightlifting and do absolutely nothing my numbers don't go down as badly.
I recommend giving it a shot for two months and recording your progress. I also recommend doing any kind of cardio that is not jogging. Maybe a long walk or short sprints, or jumping rope.
