So you have not been to Australia then, prices here are the same as there, here the strong alcohol is very expensive, highly taxed, luckily we have had a glut of grapes and wine [quaffers] is now down to $3/bottle, and some imported beer is cheapish, $24/24 cans both thanks to ALDI being aggressive
Come to think of it, Australia is just a rip-off-joint, full stop!
