I have written some thoughts on the forum somewhere.
I was there only two days and one night so take it with a grain of salt, however, I saw nothing there that would really want me to return.
Guggenheim is beautiful, food is great, countryside is beautiful but I wasn't feeling the vibe, people or nightlife. No beach either.
I think one would be well advised to spend that time in Santander (Cantabria) or San Sebastian instead. Or maybe Vitoria-Gasteiz (capital of Basque Country), but I have never been.
