Assuming you want to go to a club and pull the girls back to your place easily you need to go to a place like Luna in Royal Oak http://www.lunaroyaloak.com and have a place nearby (A studio might run $400 to $500 per month). An area like this is safe and upmarket - you WILL see Lamborghini's and Rolls Royce's driving around!, it's not segregated and you can walk around at night without needing to carry a knife.
Of course an even better place to be is Ann Arbor which is a little further out and has an enormous population of university girls...
