That is one flag I have gotten a few times. Maliseet and Penobscot. Where I grew up there were a couple reservations. I would say they were 6's. At the time I never really thought much about it. But looking back it was a pretty messed up way to live on reservations. Lots of alcoholics, crime and poverty.
