I think this is what chochemonger is referring to. It's much easier to have a relationship with a much younger girl outside of the anglosphere. In the the US, Canada etc. a lot of girls are open and even get off on sleeping with older guys, but are more comfortable having relationships with guys within a 5 year range because of societal pressure.
