This reeks of bitch manipulation. The baby-daddy is dropping off the kid, and the current fiance starts some shit with him and they get into it. Berry either goaded/manipulated Martinez into starting this, or he did so of his own volition, but either way he was dead wrong. That's Aubrey's child - why should he just cave in to THEIR plans for his kid? And if the story is correct, they REALLY got into it, trying to do serious damage. Meanwhile, Halle's vagina was probably tingling like mad watching these guys fight, and her and Martinez would have probably had the most explosive sex of their relationship if he hadn't had to make a stop at the hospital. The fucked up part is she used this as an excuse to get a restraining order against Aubrey, making it harder for him to see his kid when they're in LA. Berry has been doing Aubrey dirty throughout the custody proceedings, using the textbook accusations that the kid was somehow less safe when she was with her father, etc. He had to have supervised visits with his own kid. She only wanted Aubrey to give her a pretty baby, and when she got what she wanted she tried to cut him out completely. Since she couldn't move the kid to France, she probably orchestrated this whole episode to make it harder for him to see his kid.
