Did this again today. Dammit my lungs were in so much pain I almost vomitted.
My bench sucks a hairy nut... was doing 310 this summer (multiple singles) and could easily crank out 5 @ 275, but am struggling with 230 now. Hopefully muscle memory + good dieting will kick in and I can get back up there in a few weeks.
