Is there a specific way to do dips that they hit the pecs better? I do weighted dips and I find that I feel them way more in my arms/tris, then I do in my pecs. I'm sure my pecs are getting some work, but I don't feel that I really 'hit' them.
Cross your legs in front of you and tuck your chin into your upper chest to hit the pecs and tris.
Legs behind you will hit mainly the tris..
