A lot of the apartments are really good value, my brothers place is 5-10 mins on scooter from KLCC and only 5000RM a month, nice 2 BR with maids room in nearly new tower.
Hold on, since when is $1400 considered good value for a 2br apt in SEA (excluding Singapore)? If this is indicative of the price of apts in KL, not interested.
