Fits in nicely with tha ACV / Green tea kind of lifestyle. It's been a regular part of my routine for over 5 years.
Delicate taste, caffeine free and many reported health benefits (see link).
This is great to alternate with cups of green tea / coffee in the daytime or replace the caffeine drinks on the evening. Can be taken with or without milk (nicer without).
Also pretty nice iced: boil up 3 or 4 teabags in the kettle then jug it whilst wtill warm with a little honey and lemon to taste. Not a bad Vodka mixer in a pinch as well.
