I agree except that I think the zeigeist tries to play it both ways. They'd agree completely that the grey areas of rape aren't grey at all. The problem isn't whether the actual acts are ambiguous, it's whether the acts can be proved beyond reasonable doubt when all you have is her word against his. That's not a good situation to be in when the stakes are 10+ years in prison and irreparable harm to reputation.
