There's a party at the Viceroy that night as well I might check out. In the past, the Hermosa Pier was a good time with a lot of people out in costumes (lines at several of the bars)...not sure nowadays.
I'm thinking about just hitting up Main street at night...went a few years ago and it was very fun.
