Did some more research on paleo and it is really just a marketing scam. I especially distrust Mark's Daily Apple because he published completely unscientific and wrong information on cardio training before.
It all boils down to some people having gluten or other allergies and because of paleo they feel better. Then they start telling everyone. But for someone without those allergies paleo is rather useless.
Or those people did not eat healthy beforehand. That makes a difference too of course.
Myself, I feel really well. It's just that I get the flu too often for my taste. When I am not sick, I am in great mental and physical shape.
