Yes, girls from Esmeraldas (coastal province) have african blood and are more sexual and open than most other girls in Ecuador. I have been there twice and had fun, but they dont compare to the black girls or mulattas in Brazil or Colombia. The girls can look the same, but something about the culture changes everything.
