I split between raw dogging and then strapping it on. Since I have been on the grind at work/school, I am limited to the LTR, who I absolutely insist on rawdogging until I reach that point, where I put one on. Sure its a slightly annoying to stop to put it on but I prefer to bust inside of her and this split approach works out quite well for me.
