I think that the overall issue is that time and globalization has made a lot of destinations age badly. THINGS ARE NOT GETTING BETTER GENTLEMEN. It's not a world out there with any hidden gems any more.
Yup, I've learned this sad truth.
On the plus side, no need to fear our destinations getting spoiled....they are already no longer any paradises waiting for discovery
