About 15% of people in Japan have the light skin gene. It is very light, as light as northern Europeans, but subtly different from them in shade. Apparently this is due to it being an independent adaptation/mutation.
It doesn't always correlate with attractive women, but when it does you get an amazing woman, my favorite type.
