I started using kettlebells for just this reason, and I am very satisfied. I can't think of any other movement that simulates fucking as faithfully as the kettlebell swing does. The swing itself is supposed to be propelled by popping your ass forward, with your ass cheeks clenched tighter than a Jew's wallet.

I used a rep scheme mentioned by Tim Ferriss mostly, I use a weight until I can get 75 consecutive reps, and then move up. I think this is more effective for simulating sex than heavy reps of 10 say. I'm at 44 lbs currently. My form is probably terrible, but as long as you're popping your ass forward, you'll feel the benefits.
